Doing The Common Things

How simple does this sound? Doing the common things. Pretty basic stuff but how many people really understand the concept that if you do the common things uncommonly well, you will excel and grow in your life and in your business.

Take customer service as and example. I alway have told people working for and with me that if you have to call a customer back to give them the answer to their question or problem, you better call them back...today! Even though you may not have the answer to their situation, call your customer and tell them that. They just want to know what is going on. They need information.

What common thing are you doing uncommonly well in your business that your customer will remember? If you can't think of anything, then how do you expect to survive?
